Whether you believe the message will actually reach them or not, it's actually a cathartic (therapeutic?) experience to sit down and type out the message!
P.P.S. (And, this might be too much for some people, but... as this website's creator suggested to his mom - wouldn't you prefer to think Grandma and Grandpa's spirits are getting your message up there in heaven, rather than being forced to spend eternity tethered to a gravesite or tombstone at some random cemetery, just waiting there for occasional visitors, just because that's where the physical body was buried?!)
P.P.P.S. Can we guarantee with 100% certainty that they will definitely see your message? No, of course not. BUT, if it's POSSIBLE... Just imagine them up there, hoping to hear from you, and NOT getting a message from you!! #SadFace (Just because you didn't want to spend A DOLLAR?!?)
